Setting up additional accounts in 2020Webmail

You must be logged in as the admin user using the Advanced Interface. The Advanced interface is selected by default for Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox browsers, but other brower users should manually select it. If you are using Internet Explorer 8, select the Advanced Interface from the login screen.
Remember changes are not instant - they are batch processed before being distributed through the mail cluster.

Click Utilities --> Accounts --> View & Update POP3 Email settings.
Click the 'View' button

You will then see a screen like this:

Add new mailboxes

Use the screenshot below as a guide. Enter the email account name in the left hand box and the password in the right hand box. Click Update when finished. The new account's username is the email address.

Use the screenshot below as a guide. Enter the email account name in the left hand box and the target email address in the right hand box. Click Update when finished. Any email sent to the address on the left will be forwarded to the address on the right

Reviewing completed updates

When the changes you've requested have been made, you can login back in to your webmail account and check them. In the example below, both the scenarios above have been shown. the first section is where the forwarding accounts are shown. Here This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it is forwarded to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it This example shows that the target email address for forwarding does not need to be an external address.
In the second section, a new mailbox has been created: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it The password is not shown for security purposes.

Deleting email accounts

To delete a mailbox or forwarding account, simply delete the account name and password or target email address from the boxes and click Update.
Take care not to delete the admin email account! The admin email account you used to log in to the 2020Webmail service
