Important information about domain name renewals
If you do not renew your domain all services associated with that domain will cease. The process for deletion of domain names will vary depending on the registry and registrar. Sometimes instead of cancelling the domain name after the Renewal Deadline, the registrar may attempt to find a buyer for the domain name and transfer the name directly to the new registrant. The current processes are explained in the registrars terms and conditions.
If you do not renew your domain all services associated with that domain will cease to function but may still be billed.
If you do not intend to renew your domain through 2020Media we advise you to contact our Domain Registration Department before your expiry date to avoid unnecessary disruption to services associated with the domain.
To avoid unauthorised appropriation or use of domain names, 2020Media will reject all transfer requests for which we do not already hold validated instructions.
