Our consumer (home) packages meet the needs of home users requiring generous monthly bandwidth allowances at high speeds. Customers also get a fixed IP address making this service ideal for Working From Home.

Consumer Fibre Broadband

  • Fibre to Premises – fibre is terminated inside your home.
  • Download Speed: Up to 1 Gbps download.
  • Upload Speed: Up to 115 Mbps upload.
  • Contract : 12 month minimum, then monthly rolling.
  • Cost: Between £19.50 to £65.00 + VAT per month
  • Installation (Engineer visit included): £75+VAT.
  • Lead time 10 working days.
  • 53% UK coverage

Other points to note:

There is a cease charge of £40+vat at the end of the contract. A phone line is not provided. We can provide VOIP equipment. We can provide a pre-configured router and will advise cost in your quote.

SoGEA Broadband

  • Fibre to Cabinet – Final hop is over copper phone lines.
  • Download Speed: Up to 80 Mbps download.
  • Upload Speed: Up to 20 Mbps upload.
  • Contract : 1 month minimum, then monthly rolling.
  • Cost: 34.00 + VAT per month
  • Installation (Engineer visit included): £160+VAT.
  • Lead time 10 working days.
  • 95% UK coverage

What About ADSL?

With the official switch off of the copper phone network, ADSL based broadband is no longer available for new connections. Existing connections remain in place but no transfers or regrading is possible. There is no cut off date yet set for ADSL based broadband.

Please note: the download speed achieved depends upon the quality of the line.

 


When you finish work it’s time to play!

Our Install Service

While present the engineer may, as part of the install:

  • Connect up to 3 devices
  • Conduct WiFi analysis in up to 3 rooms in the premises
  • Move a router we have provided to provide best WiFi coverage
    o Install up to 2 data extension kits and/or
    o Shift wall socket to where you wants / needs
  • Remove powerline adapters (with customer permission)
